Disposition:
Juliette is often described as spunky. She is full of energy and zeal. While she cannot be said to really suffer from short person syndrome, there is a heroic streak about her. Growing up, she always loves the stories of her ancestors. One might also say that she has a quite idealized versions of the United States as well. Finally, she is also kind of fond of say that everybody is equal inside of a Glitter Boy.
There is something extremely likable about Juliette and she makes friends easily. Given a few years and she might make an excellent leader. While disciplined, she is not really the typical military type. Otherwise, she is quite loyal to her friends. She also considers those who serve alongside her to be supported as much as possible.
She was raised in a mixed community and never saw D-Bees as anything other than just people who might look a little different than she does. That does not mean that she is not cautious among those who are considered a threat. While already slightly nervous with regard to the Coalition, recent events have heightened it even more.

There is also a presence about her that transcends all of that. She has bright red hair that she often keeps tied up in a slightly untidy bun. Complimenting that are a pair of green eyes although she does not have freckles as one might expect. As far as cosmetics, she usually wears only relatively light cosmetics, preferring mostly highlights.

Character Background (In Her Own Words):
I was told that my great grand father many times removed, Joseph St Clair, was one of the elite Glitter Boy pilots of the Great American Empire. As proof, we have an ancient insignia that all Glitter Boy pilots were give back then. It is worn by whomever is given the armor. Family stories tell of him fighting against the dark tide in the years after the Great Cataclysm and the collapse of the American Empire.
Stories also tell that he taught his eldest son how to pilot the Glitter Boy. In turn he is suppose to have taught his own child. Sometimes it was the eldest child, sometimes not. Sometimes it is the son and sometimes the daughter. In a few cases it is said to have been passed down to a younger brother or sister as well.
As far as how many generation back, I don’t know. We have some of the names but we cannot be sure we have all of them. In large part I was raised on stories of their exploits. Some were told by my father while others were recording in long ago voices. Somewhere along the way the Glitter Boy was given the name “Wotan.” My father told me that during the time of the Great American Empire that Glitter Boys were not give their own names.
It is not that the Glitter Boy was not badly damaged. No, the power armor was badly damaged many times. However, the armor is incredibly tough and somehow survived for my father to get it from his mother and in turn I from my father.
Who am I you might ask? My name is Juliette, Juliette St Clair. My father is Theodore St Clair. He is still alive but considered himself to be too old to continue piloting the Glitter Boy. I hope he lives many more years along with my mother.
Another question you might ask is why I was the child of all my brothers and sisters to inherit the Glitter Boy. After all, I am the youngest of the family and, to be blunt, the runt of the litter. The simple answer is that none of my brothers and sisters showed neither the aptitude or interested in becoming a Glitter Boy pilot.
My father tried hard for years to get and of my brothers or sisters interested. Growing up, I was always considered the weakling. As such, I think my father was a bit shocked when I showed an interest in his Glitter Boy. I have always been pretty good at convincing people though. Still while I was never strong, I did have quite good reflexes. It was not like I was actually sickly either.
Of course it was tough. When I was younger, I had a very hard time reaching the controls even when the power armor was adjusted for the smallest operator possible. I was determined not to give up and once I got just a little bit taller, I was able to reach the controls easier. Unfortunately I was unable to fit into my father’s body armor and had to get a custom suit made. Otherwise, everybody is equal inside of a Glitter Boy.
Over the years my father made a number of modifications to the Glitter Boy to make it more effective. These include a boom gun multi-feed system, a close range particle beam, and mini-missile launchers. I hope to be able to further improve the armor with the addition of a force field generator.
