- This item is designed to prevent a captive from escaping through the
use of stun. As well, the device can be used to torture a prisoner. It
is extremely useful because it does not cause any physical damage to the
wearer. They can be set up in several different ways with some examples
being remote control or when the wearer of the collar passes through a
specific area or out of a specific area. Another trick is to have the collar
activate if the wearer speaks. This is extremely effective against spell
casters. The device works similarly to a neural mace. It requires a strength
of 40 to remove the collar without the proper key.
Special: Unconsciousness, -8 to Strike, Parry and Dodge for 2D4 Melees if save is made (Save 16 or Higher), must save each time hit, ineffective against full environmental body armor but effective against non fully environmental Armors.
Cost: 20,000 credits
