The Smith & Wesson Model 625 is an N-Frame double action revolver that is chambered in the .45 ACP cartridge. This cartridge is normally an automatic pistol cartridge and the revolver had to be specially designed to be able to fire the cartridge.
The Smith & Wesson Model 625 Plus is constructed from stainless steel. The revolver is available with a 5 inch barrel. The grips and stock are Hogue Rubber. The revolver has a six shot cylinder. The sights are front partridge and rear adjustable.
