The Glock 33 is an adaption of the Glock 27 which substitutes the .357 Sig round for the .40 S&W round. The .357 Sig round is a necked down version of the ,40 S&W round which gives the two casings the same basic size yet the .357 Sig round gives a similar performance to the .357 Magnum round.
