Age: 52 Race: Changeling Sex: Asexual (Prefers Male Forms)
Disposition: Like all Changelings, he keeps his race very private even to his friends. He has seen other Changelings killed for little or no reason. He does not keep the fact that he is a Temporal Warrior. He will not tell just anyone but he will tell stories about his adventures with the Temporal Raider with his friends. He is a pretty good story teller and his tales can be quite interesting. There are some tales which he will not tell and there parts of when he was raiding that he very much regrets. He spent many years in seclusion after breaking from the raider and took many years to recover enough to go back out in the Mega-Verse. He is quiet, almost shy, but does open up with friends. He does value friendship quite a bit and is extremely loyal to them. Even though extremely handsome, he has very little interest in females of other races. He will politely flirt with them but little more. He has known very few Changelings and has never developed a relationship for one. For forms, he prefers male forms over female forms and has grown pretty attached to his persona as Leon Morgan.

Character History:

One of the more common places you can find Changelings is on Phase World itself. There is a huge transient population on the planet and it is easy to get lost in the crowd. L'yt'len N'Crelle was born in the city of Center on Phase World itself. From the earliest age, he was taught to hide what he was from all those around him. He was taught to trust no one with the secret, not even those who he considered to be his friends. There have been many cases where people, especially humans, were considered to be a Changeling's friend and turned on them when they discovered the truth.

While both of his parents were major psychics, they otherwise did not have any talents which would set them aside. They worked odd jobs around Center, always extremely careful that no one found out what they were. L'yt'len wanted more than that. He wanted to become something greater than just do day labor around center. For a Changeling, he had incredible strength and endurance from even a young age. The young Changeling just disappeared one day. He decided that the role of temporal warrior would be interesting and found a Temporal Raider to serve and learn the ways of becoming a Temporal Warrior.

For six years he served the Temporal Raider and it was slowly killing him inside. When he first joined the Temporal Raider, he though that he would stay forever loyal. From the spoils of the raids, he could live a life of luxury. Some places they raided deserved what they got. The Splugorth was a prime example of that. Several of the magic items he has to this day came from those raids. What L'yt'len couldn't stand was the raiding of the simple people. The people who had nothing like his parents did. There was several times which he considered just trying to make a break for it but was afraid that he would be tracked down. When the six years was up, he was relieved to just leave.

He migrated back to center and reunited with his parents who had thought that he was dead. His raiding had made him wealthy and just lived on the profits for many years, supporting both himself and his parents. While they could not live in luxury, they could live more comfortably than they had before. He was extremely despondent at this time, just sitting and staring for hours at nothing.

It all changed when L'yt'len met a Draconid named Tsa'rhyn. The Changeling had previous appeared to be an Elf but decided to change his form to a Human and went by the name Leon Morgan. They explored much of center, the Changeling finding enjoyment in the delight of his new companion. Eventually, they joined several ships crews and explored the Three Galaxies. Sometimes the pair of them got into trouble but were always able to scrape by. Leon always felt guilty that he never told his friend his secret but he had been drilled by his parents since birth to never tell anyone his secret.

While adventuring on one of the Consortium border worlds, they met an individual who was to play an important role in his later history. He was a Consortium Lieutenant on ground duty at a defense station who introduced them to some interesting archaeological sites on the planet. The locations appeared to predate all known history and the three spent many weeks exploring the site and getting onto trouble when no at the site. Lieutenant Kit Graylin was a very interesting individual and the three of them became close friends.

Eventually it was time for the three of them to go there separate ways. The Draconid and Leon continued adventuring together for a spell but eventually their paths went different ways although they always seem to wind up back together again. Eventually the Lieutenant was assigned back to space duty. Some after that happened, he made the rank of Lieutenant Commander and was assigned to the position of executive officer of a Scimitar class patrol ship. There he served for several years. The three tried to communicate periodically but otherwise they have very little contact with Kit.

The Scimitar class patrol ships was assigned and emergency mission where the ship was suppose to respond to an insurrection. While it appeared to be comparatively minor, the Consortium leadership considered that it could blow into something extremely dangerous. As luck would have it, a personal emergency for the Commanding Officer caused him to have to leave the ship. There was simply not time to find the ship a new Commanding Officer so Lieutenant Commander Kit Graylin was given the position of commanding officer. A group of Proctors was also assigned and Kit was given nominal command of them as well.

At virtually the same time, Leon happened to run into him once more. It seemed an interesting idea to tag along and Kit had him put on the ship’s personnel list as an advisor. It would be a bad idea. The planet had a larger than average number of practitioners of magic and having someone who understood magic onboard would be quite helpful. Much had happened over the years that they had followed different paths. The voyage started as an interesting trip with the two friends getting to know each other again.

The ship never reached its destination. Unknown to all but a few, mostly in the Trans-Galactic Empire, the Kreeghor were attempting to stir up trouble and did not want the Consortium to be able to stop the insurrection. A large Q-Ship ambushed the task force, using gravity missiles to pull the ship from Contra-Grav space. As soon as the flotilla ended up in normal space, a volley of forty cruse missiles overwhelmed the patrol ship’s defenses. Instead of destroying the ships with heavy weapons, the enemy decided to board, likely to raid files onboard. Kit had been killed in the initial missile volley and the crew was simply overwhelmed.

Leon did the only thing he could. He used him magic in the form of the spell of "Time Warp: Fast Forward" to disappear for several hours. When he reappeared, the attackers were gone. As well, the entire crew had been killed and the atmosphere had been dumped from the ship. Leon did the only he could do. That was to put himself in suspended animation and hope that someone finds the wreckage one day.
