Disposition:
It was a choice between dying or be converted into a full conversion cyborg. Still, she kind of revels in the abilities of her full conversion body. Feels guilty that she does not miss her old human body and thinks she should feel guilty for not missing the body.
Does have something of an attitude similar to many cops, a certain belief that it is the police against the population. On occasion will jump to conclusions about an individuals guilt. In addition, tends to be a bit trigger happy on occasion and may in some cases overreact.
Luckily, she is an honest officer and does try her best to treat others with honesty and integrity. One major change since become a cyborg, she has become far more of a loner and aloof. In addition, she will take risks that few normal police officers will take. In many ways, she considers herself “bulletproof.” Of course she is expected to deal with super powered being and many are extremely dangerous even as a cyborg.

Tear Gas (2 activations): Causes impairment of vision, trouble breathing, and skin irritation. Victims are -10 to strike, parry, and dodge. Duration is 4D4 melee rounds or until thoroughly washed off.
Fire Fighting Spray: Enables the cyborg to put out small fires.
Electro-Stun Weapon: Small contacts, located at the thumb and middle finger of right hand. They are electrical conductors, designed to deliver a nasty shock to a victim. Damage is 2D6 and victim is stunned for 1D4 melee rounds. The weapon holds 8 charges and recharges at the rate of one activation every twenty minutes.

Internal Medical Monitor: Keeps track of body's functions and life signs, including heartbeat, blood pressure, temperature, etc. Can also be used as a bio-feedback device, helping the character to avoid fear or panic by keeping the breathing and heartbeat low and steady. Appearance:
As described in her personality, she was a former FBI agent who was in a terrible accident and her body was replaced by a cyborg body. The form of the body is blue with gold stripes. An effort was made so that the body might still look female and the cyborg body has slightly flaring hips and small breast. It is not really unpleasant to look at. The body is quite tall, over two meters in height and massing over four hundred kilograms. On each shoulder of the cyborg body is a light bar which will flash white and blue.
At first, it was planned that she would have a fully mechanical face but it was decided that would be disturbing. Instead she has a sculpted face reminiscent of her original face with a flesh like skin tone. Even so, there is something of an “Uncanny Valley” which it appears human but not quite. Facial expressions are not quite right and just does not seem animated enough.
Occupation: Police Officer with a speciality in dealing with super powered opponents.

Uses special titanium steel in order to make the weapon able to resist the stresses when fired and barrel is ported. Heavily modified Ford Mustang. Painted blue and white. Has space for a driver and a passenger as well as an extremely cramped back passenger compartment. Passenger compartment is heavily armored with composite windows. While not normally fitted with weapons, had hard points for a pair of guns on the hood (7.62 mm mini-guns or .50 heavy machine guns) and six rockets mounted on the roof (treat as mini-missiles.)

History:
Susan Byrd was originally a member of the FBI but operated closely with the New York State police on many occasions. In addition to work on the ground, she also often flew helicopters for both law enforcement agencies. Even though young, she was considered an excellent pilot by most of whom she operated with.
Unfortunately, one of the missions resulted in the helicopter being shot down where she was critically injured. It was suppose to be an easy low risk mission, almost a milk run. There is always some risk with drug operations but few were too concerned.
The drug dealers however had recruited several super powered individuals to support them. There had been some rumors that drug dealers had been recruiting such individuals but it had been discounted. While most of those recruited were basically just muscle, one of those working for the drug dealers had the ability to control the weather.
When the helicopter was coming down so that the strike team could repel down, the being let loose a whirlwind against it. Susan tried to control the helicopter but it spun out of control and crashed into the ground. Virtually everybody aboard the helicopter were killed in the crash and aftermath. Several of the team were already preparing to repel down and were thrown from the helicopter.
A lucky few were able to survive to be raced to the hospital. Susan was one of those few however she was on life support. Her life hung by a thread and there was little hope of recovery. Her body had been badly mangled in the crash and both of her arms and legs had to be amputated. There had been a fire immediately after the crash as well and she had third degree burns of most of the remainder of her body. As a result, she was in extreme pain.
Concerned with saving as many officers as possible, the police allowed many of the drug dealers to escape. This included the super powered being whom crashed the helicopter. In fact while there are some suspicions, the police are not even sure whom the being was. From interrogations of the handful whom were captured, it has been suggested that it was an extremely attractive woman.
Over the last decade or so, DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) had developed an advanced cybernetic program including a number of prototype full conversion cyborg soldiers. While there had allo been for the United States military, various other agencies had wanted their own cyborg personnel. Included in this was the FBI with a specific focus to deal with super powered beings.
Because the operations involved is incredibly risky, is only offered to those whom are critically injured. In addition, they have to be volunteers. Over fifty percent have died in the conversion to cyborg soldiers. In the past, only soldiers who had been crippled in combat had been offered the conversion procedure. Some had been injured in crashes while others had been hit by rockets and others had been critically injured by bombs.
As a candidate, Susan fit the bill perfectly and it was likely that she would have died soon if she had declined the offer. If she had survived, she would have been under constant care for the rest of her life. Even though on life support, she was conscious and could consent. Was not able to speak but was still able to communicate her acceptance.
All of the previous cyborg bodies had been masculine in style. It was decide that they would make some cosmetic changes so that there would be at least a hint of the cyborg being a female however. This including a slight flaring of the hints and the suggestion of breasts. At first it was planned to have a mechanical face but that was changed into a realistic face in hard plastic modeled after her face before the crash.
In a special aircraft, she had to be flown down to Arlington to the special DARPA medical center. The first step of the procedure is to cool the body to just above freezing to slow down vital signs in order for her to survive the transfer to the cyborg body. The operation takes over forty-eight hours of constant work with multiple teams of doctors. Previous surgeries had required even longer. There had been several close calls but she was able to make it through to the end of the surgery.
As one might expect, this is not the end with months required for the person to get used to the new body. It is far stronger than the original body and the sense of touch is extremely different. In addition, there are extraordinary psychological issues to deal with. There are also problems with the original body which need to be addressed. Eventually however she was considered fit to return to duty.
Since returning to work, her missions have been a combination of different roles. Some have been to deal with super powered beings while in other cases she deals with more normal targets.
